Julie Kantor is an ‘all-in’ roll-up your sleeves leader and serial entrepreneur, and currently serves as Co-Chair of Leadership Greater Washington’s Signature Program Class of 2022. Her newest venture and 5th start-up Twomentor, LLC focuses on elevating a diverse STEM workforce and helps companies build mentoring cultures to drive retention. Twomentor, LLC builds on her 24 years in workforce development & building social impact movements (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship and Million Women Mentors). In prior roles, she championed diversity in STEM education, authored several books on youth entrepreneurship, and has been featured on CNN.com, Forbes.com, in the Washington Post, Washington Business Journal, Chronicle of Philanthropy, and Huffington Post Live.
As a sought after speaker & connector, Julie is well networked to the national community of top business, academic, non-profit, & gov. leaders. Julie has been a professional speaker at events around the world including Women in Tech International, Department of Labor, European Union, ISM-NJ, US News STEM Solutions, IBM, The Federal Reserve Bank, Women MBA Int'l. Chair at IIRUSA Women in STEM. She has worked & consulted w/ clients such as: Cisco, Samsung, Tata (TCS), Intel, Alpha Corp., Sony, Carnival, BP, The World Bank, Stratasys and more. Julie has been honored by the White House for an extensive career in youth entrepreneurship education, by SmartCEO as “15 Leaders We Admire”, and by AT&T Women Who Inspire.
