Kimberly Coerr is the VIP Programs Strategist for mdg, the largest full-service marketing agency in the trade show industry. mdg has served as a strategic partner for many of the most successful conferences and trade shows in the United States.
mdg collaborates with U.S. News and World Report’s Leadership Forums, including U.S. News Healthcare of Tomorrow and U.S. News STEM Solutions, which focuses on innovative methods to develop a robust workforce that is well-educated in the STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
With her work on STEM, Kimberly sees first-hand the programs and solutions that are successfully creating a diverse STEM-educated labor pool, prepared to advance innovations in the 21st century economy. Through cutting-edge programs in mentorships, apprenticeships, and internships at the university and graduate school levels as well as for students in the lower grades, United States non-profit, academic, government and business partners are working together to solve the U.S. STEM crisis.
Kimberly has first-hand knowledge of the value of mentorships, and the transformative effect they have had on her career, from her initial entry-level positions to her current seasoned professional status. Kimberly has three sons and is currently beginning the university research and application process with her oldest son.
Kimberly Coerr is a graduate of Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, USA, is heavily involved with the alumni program there as a Stanford Associate, and currently volunteers her time to interview prospective students who are applying to Stanford.
